SmartSource Rentals provided high-end computer/IT support and audio visual staging for the 4th consecutive year for this industry leading conference. Services included over 60 Workshop computers and servers, 20 LCD Monitors for a partner Solutions Lab and full-service audio visual for 3 concurrent general sessions featuring topics on Directory & Identity, Exchange and SharePoint.

Included in these rooms were FSR Compass High Resolution Seamless Switchers, Eiki LC-X8 LCD Projectors, LED lighting, Meyer sound reinforcement and over 22 Shure UHF Wireless Microphones.

There were also up to 8 concurrent breakout sessions with extensive AV. In addition, SmartSource Rentals provided large Fastfold Screens for luncheon presentations and an industry party with Xbox and Wii Gaming competitions.

As a result of our long-standing relationship and excellent continued service, SmartSource Rentals has also been selected to provide a 2x2 Orion Seamless Plasma Video Wall for the Quest Software Booth at Microsoft Tech Ed in June 2010 in New Orleans.
